Patent Classification
Usually , there are two types of patents in United Kingdom , one is design , another one is utility patent , the classification may be encountered some difficulty in the theory , since some grey area is existed in the classification , the best method is to register in both types , to simplify , design patent is only for the shape of the article ,the inventor claims the shape of the article for protection only , the application of design patent is easier than the application of the utility patent , however , we must emphasize that patent knowledge is extremely difficult to learn and get understanding , the best way is to consult the qualified person , such as LA company developer .
